Salmon Fillet with Soy Sauce and Garlic
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets (about 5 ounces each)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Place salmon fillets in a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Pour soy sauce mixture over salmon, making sure to coat all pieces evenly.
- Bake salmon in oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve salmon with rice, pasta, or vegetables, and drizzle any remaining sauce over salmon.
- Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
Tips:
For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the soy sauce mixture.
If you don’t have fresh parsley, you can use dried parsley instead.
