Oriental sausage recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cube of butter
- Colored bell peppers, diced
- Onion, sliced
- Garlic or mushrooms (optional)
- Olive Oil
- Spices (to taste)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Sausage, diced
Instructions:
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the peppers and onion and cook until softened.
- Add the garlic or mushrooms (if desired) and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the sausage and cook until the color changes.
- Add the spices, salt, and black pepper and cook, stirring.
- Cover the skillet and let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked through.
- Serve the sausage with rice, pasta, or bread.
Tips:
You can use any type of sausage for this recipe, but a spicy sausage would be especially flavorful.
If you don’t have colored bell peppers, you can use one green bell pepper and one red bell pepper.
If you don’t have a skillet, you can use a large saucepan.
You can also add other vegetables to this recipe, such as zucchini, carrots, or potatoes.
If you want to make this dish more spicy, you can add a pinch of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes.
