Oriental sausage recipe

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cube of butter
  • Colored bell peppers, diced
  • Onion, sliced
  • Garlic or mushrooms (optional)
  • Olive Oil
  • Spices (to taste)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Sausage, diced

Instructions:

  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
  • Add the peppers and onion and cook until softened.
  • Add the garlic or mushrooms (if desired) and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add the sausage and cook until the color changes.
  • Add the spices, salt, and black pepper and cook, stirring.
  • Cover the skillet and let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked through.
  • Serve the sausage with rice, pasta, or bread.

Tips:

You can use any type of sausage for this recipe, but a spicy sausage would be especially flavorful.
If you don’t have colored bell peppers, you can use one green bell pepper and one red bell pepper.
If you don’t have a skillet, you can use a large saucepan.
You can also add other vegetables to this recipe, such as zucchini, carrots, or potatoes.
If you want to make this dish more spicy, you can add a pinch of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes.
