Trade Marketing Executive
Key responsibilities:-
• Develop and execute trade marketing campaigns including loyalty programs, commercial partners’ training courses, generate branding & POP materials
• Campaign planning, implementation and evaluation
• Propose key elements of Marketing Plan and Go To Market plan in accordance with the Retail Strategy of the company
• Understand business and translate client needs (distributors, retailers, etc) into value proposition, generating sales and profit for the company.
• On-going control of annual marketing budget
• Regular visits & relationship building events with key clients all over Egypt
• Analyze results of retail channel, in depth analysis of competition, distribution models
• Capitalize on existing data base and all forms of internal customer data, to perform analysis, generate actionable insights and design activities
• Work with internal cross functional teams and 3rd party agencies, to ensure high levels of internal understanding & involvement and on time delivery of projects
• Ensure Marketing & Trade Marketing campaigns are fully integrated into online platforms
• Develop & deliver necessary trainings on product knowledge & shoppers’ profile to the merchandisers team
• Plan in coordination with Marketing and Sales the support for all new launches.
• Conduct periodically trade visit to assess new launches implantation in key markets
• Ensure packaging and display quality is always best in class
• Responsible of the execution of all trade activates, testing, sampling, & exhibitions
• Responsible of category management in store together with shelf space control
Job Requirements:-
• +3 years of experience in Trade Marketing in FMCG industry, preferably food industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (outgoing personality)
• English good command is a must
