Ingredients:
- 1 lemon
 - Slices of filleted herring
 - Chopped parsley
 
Instructions:
- Wash the lemon thoroughly and slice it thinly.
 - Arrange the filleted herring slices on a serving plate.
 - Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the herring slices.
 - Garnish the dish with lemon slices.
 
Tips:
You can add other creative touches for decoration, such as:
Using slices of cucumber or tomato.
Adding black or green olives.
Using mint or coriander leaves.
Sprinkling some salt and black pepper on the herring .
